Roman Catholic Church - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Catechism of the Catholic Church, 85 states that authentic interpretation of the Word of God is entrusted to the living Magisterium of the Church, namely the bishops in communion with the successor of Peter.
Catholics believe that God the Word, one of the three persons of God, became incarnate as Jesus Christ, a human being, born of the Virgin Mary.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Church's first purpose is "to be the sacrament of the inner union of men with God." Thus the Church's "structure is totally ordered to the holiness of Christ's members." (Catechism of the Catholic Church 775, 773).

Traditionalist Catholic - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In one sense, the term "traditional Catholic" is said to refer to Roman Catholics who would like to see the worship and customs of the Roman Catholic Church return to those before the reforms of the 1960s and to other Catholics who attempt to follow what they consider the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church.
An ecclesiology that they claim doesn't equate the Catholic Church with the Church established by Jesus Christ, but states that the Church established by Jesus Christ merely "subsists in" the Catholic Church.
Mainstream Catholics have, however, been known to object to the exclusive appropriation of this expression by traditionalists, since, because of the position of Sacred Tradition in Catholic teaching, the general body of Catholics is essentially traditional.

 Traditional catholics
Threats of excommunication by the post-Conciliar Church are also a 'joke.' A traditional Catholic is delighted to be outside the new Church, for that Church is not the Body of Christ.
Hence it is that a traditional Catholic insists upon priests ordained before 1968, or conditionally reordained by traditional Bishops with the ancient rites.
Nor for the same reason are traditional Catholics 'schismatic.' There is not doctrine of the Church that we deny - not even that of the primacy of Peter.

 Catholic Citizens
The Catholic Church is the one that Christ founded.
At the same time, some traditional Catholics are capitalizing on last year's national priest pedophilia scandal to entice disillusioned Catholics back to a faith that takes the New Testament literally and that rigidly follows church dogma.
The traditional movement of Catholicism was born as a reaction to the Second Vatican Council of 1962-65, when the Roman Catholic Church attempted to make the religion more accessible.

 Caritas Unitas et Veritas
Most Catholics did not leave the Church because they were outraged by novelties: they left the Church because the novelties seemed to prove that the Church no longer believed in her own teachings, that all the certitude of the Catholic past had been a hoax.
Latin, of course, is the language of the Catholic Church and a sign of her unity.
Therefore, conservative Catholics must reject the historicity of the Magi, the Shepherds, and the angels at the birth of Our Lord, which did not occur in Bethlehem, and believe that the Virgin Birth is simply a matter of faith, not history.

 Episcopal DoubleSpeak
Attendance at the traditional Mass at the Shrine is a symbol of the Catholic refusal of the insults to God and the sacrileges which abound everywhere else in the diocese (e.g.
Certainly not from the Catholic Faith, nor from the Magisterium of the Popes.
By stating that this traditional priest and his people are "not in union with Rome", you are pronouncing, as shepherd of your flock, that they are outside the Roman Catholic Church, "outside of which there is no salvation".

May Catholics Attend the Traditional Latin Mass?
Like so many orthodox priests, he interprets the new rite in the light of his traditional beliefs; but, unhappily, priests who are not orthodox interpret it in the light of their heterodox outlook.
Any Catholic who is in doubt as to whether a traditional priest is in communion with the Pope should ask him whether he prays for the Pope by name in the Canon of the Mass.
There can be no doubt that the Vatican had been surprised at the extent of the attachment to the Tridentine Mass among traditional Catholics, and of their determination to remain faithful to it no matter what the cost.

National Catholic Reporter: Who are the traditional Catholics?
Half of traditional Catholics think it is very important to follow church teachings in making moral decisions (one-quarter).
Traditional Catholics are devout: Two thirds of them attend Mass at least several times a month (one-third).
Nonetheless, while they are almost three times more likely than other Catholics to agree with the church completely on abortion, homosexuality and premarital sex, five out of six are still Catholic on their own terms and disagree with one or more of these positions.

Gommar DePauw, the founder of the Catholic Traditional Movement (CTM) in 1964, and is preferred by traditional priests.
What makes one Catholic is belief and practice: belief in the Deposit of Faith, not the Counterfeit Faith of the New Order; and practice of the true Roman Mass and Sacraments of the Church, not the phony Mess and Secraments of the New Order.
Pope Pius XI expressed the charitable hope of the Catholic faith in the matter of the Jews quite beautifully in his Act of the Consecration of the Human Race, which is recited publicly every year by Roman Catholics at the Feast of Christ the King.

LMT Tech Resource Store: Books : Awake My Soul: Contemporary Catholics on Traditional Devotions
For Roman Catholics, the liturgy, or the Mass, is the central focus of their spiritual life.
Some of todayís top Catholic writers celebrate many traditional Catholic devotions such as the rosary, the stations of the cross, holy water, novenas, relics, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and more.
They would include the set of prayers known as the rosary; the stations of the cross, wherein each phase of Jesus' road to crucifixion is recounted; the honoring of Mary, or a particular saint, through prayers and processions;...

traditionalmass.org Articles: Sacraments Traditional Latin Mass Resources
He is the Catholic who wants to be a priest, but is repeatedly told by various seminary and religious superiors that he is unfit for the priesthood on intellectual, spiritual, moral or psychological grounds.
Vilatte, a drop-out from several Catholic seminaries and religious communities, was ordained a priest in 1885 by the Swiss Old Catholic bishop of Berne, and then (it is said) consecrated a bishop in 1892 by Syro-Jacobite schismatics in Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
This response also refutes the argument made by the Society of St. Pius V that the Catholic priests consecrated bishops by Abp.

 The Mass I: Introduction
The millions of Catholics who've left the Church, the horrible state of the Faith, the scandals, and the crisis of Catholic culture are evidence that the Novus Ordo is a complete and utter failure.
You either believe this and are Catholic, or you do not believe this and are not Catholic.
As things are, the English Catholic travelling to Italy or Brazil or Korea would be lost during the liturgy; "back in the day," a Catholic could travel anywhere in the world and hear the exact same Mass he would have heard at home, and his Missal would've been good anywhere.

Mel Gibson, Biblical Accuracy & The Other Passion Source: The 15 Prayers of St. Bridget
According to Catholic sources, many of that mystic's revelations were given directly by Christ or 'the Virgin Mary.' Bridget or St Birgitta of Sweden is said to have heard Christ and the Virgin reveal the will of God to her.
Catholics who follow St. Bridget's fifteen prayers, are expected to pray them daily, with a total of 5480 prayers in the year, to honor the visions of Bridget concerning the Passion, and to equal the number of wounds He received.
In the Catholic Encyclopedia, speaking of the "Devotion to the Passion of Christ", the referencing of mystics as a source of truth, took hold around the thirteenth century and forward.

 STRC Home Page
The Society of Traditional Roman Catholics is a Roman Catholic Apostolate, of both laity and clergy, established to work for the full restoration of traditional Catholic rites, most especially the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass of the Council of Trent, the ancient Latin Mass.
Created by one of the STRC Board members in 1992 as a small lapel pin, it has served as a visible expression to all who meet you that you are a traditional Roman Catholic and that you are gravely concerned with the changes made to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
We, the directors and officers of the Society, pledge our fidelity to the Roman Catholic Church and to her teachings as handed down by the Sacred Magisterium through the centuries.

Traditional Catholics - A Xanga Blogring
I am a traditional Catholic convert from the Greek Orthodox church.
I love the Catholic Church and I also have a deep appreciation for the Orthodox Church.
For a time, I considered leaving the Catholic faith to become Orthodox: Eastern spirituality is quite beautiful.

 Traditional Catholics
"Outside the Church there is no salvation" is a doctrine of the Catholic Faith that was taught By Jesus Christ to His Apostles, preached by the Fathers, defined by popes and councils and piously believed by the faithful in every age of the Church.
There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.
No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he remain within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.

 IHSV - Home
It seems that many fail to realize that their efforts are best directed towards rectifying the current crisis in the Church, of preserving and passing on the faith, rather than nit-picking and attacking their fellow Catholics.
We encourage all Catholics to take this motto to heart, and to live by it, especially when dealing with one another.
There are a great many groups and societies within the Traditionalist movement, and each makes an important contribution to the spiritual and theological battles that must be fought by Catholics in our modern world.

Rome of the West: Name Calling
In Catholic circles, they sometimes call us Jansenists, after the followers of a posthumous book written by Cornelius Jansen (1585-1638), Bishop of Ypres.
Contemporary traditional Catholics also enjoy the ascetic life and promote the traditional moral standards.
Contemporary Sophists are everywhere in our culture, and they have nothing but contempt for tradition and religion, and especially for those that preach a strong moral code.

 MAETA-About Us
Constant changes in the Mass and sacraments, rampant heresy, and bishops who openly disobey the magisterial teaching of the Church are threatening the very foundations of the Catholic faith.
At MAETA, we are working to help today’s Catholics understand the essence of what it was and will always mean to be Catholic, and to follow Christ faithfully in this time of crisis.
Our publications explain why an increasing number of Catholics are leaving the New "Mass" or Novus Ordo for the Canonized Mass of Pope St. Pius V. Is Our Lady of Fatima, in her Third Secret or Revelation, pointing us in the direction that will solve this present crisis in the Church?

Traditional Catholics. - Stormfront White Nationalist Community
But IMO the religion of Catholicism has historically mostly been contrary to White Nationalism due to its focus on converting non-Whites, which is why today the future of the RC Church is in Brazil, Manila and of course Mexifornia.
Of course individual Catholics have had and can continue to have "traditional White values." And, as reprinted below, traditional Catholicism was no fan of the jew.
I was wondering if anyone possessed any links to any Traditional Catholic websites.
