 Messianic Judaism versus Rabbinic Judaism
As Messianic Jews, we do believe in spiritual leadership and their authority and that God uses that leadership to expound His Word to the people.
Its name comes from a Hebrew root meaning to teach by repetition.
These are the Scriptures that testify about me, yet you refuse to come to me to have life.” Why don’t Rabbinic Jews see Yeshua in their study of the Scriptures?

Judaism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Rabbinic Judaism holds that the Torah is the same one that was given to Moses by God on Mount Sinai.
Christianity survived, but by breaking with Judaism and becoming a separate religion; the Pharisees survived but in the form of Rabbinic Judaism (today, known simply as "Judaism").
The significance of this belief is not so much the denial of other gods; although this element is fundamental to Rabbinic Judaism, according to many critical Bible scholars the Torah often implies that the early Israelites accepted the existence of other gods (see Elohim).

References to Jesus in Early Rabbinic Literature
The Gospels said the Sanhedrin tried Jesus and condemned him for blasphemy.
Alternatively, is it at least remotely conceivable that the rabbis deprived Jesus of having "twelve" disciples so as to obstruct claims that Christianity (symbolized by twelve disciples) had supplanted Judaism (symbolized by twelve tribes)?
Supposed camouflaged references to Jesus (e.g., under the name of "Balaam") need not all have been framed with Jesus in mind.

 The Rabbinic Epithet Gevurah
Accordingly, God's gevurah is invoked in prayer (especially in the Palestinian Talmud) and, where God's salvific power is in question, it is poetically reified as a weakened gevurah (Pesikta de-Rav Kahana).
Biblical and rabbinic Judaism is characterized primarily by distinguishing the God of Israel from all other entities that were habitually called "god" (el, elohim).
Rabbinic "theology" is elusive not because rabbinic texts are devoid of theological doctrines but rather because of the manner in which these doctrines are presented.

This view maintains that there was continuity in belief (it was the same belief over the centuries) and continuity in rabbinic condemnation (it was not accepted at any time).
To what extent such beliefs continued to be held in spite of official censure, and may have contributed directly to the beliefs found in later forms of Jewish mysticism, it is impossible to say.

Question 1: Is "Rabbinic Mysticism" an oxymoron
Of mystical union with God, specifically, I can think of no rabbinic evidence.
I see no reason why rabbinic values could not accommodate the experience of mystical union with God, or belief in the possibility of such experience.
The fundamental premise of rabbinic Judaism, that all truth is to be found within a sacred text or body of learning, is about as opposed to scientific rationalism as one can be.

Centre for Jewish Studies, Hyam Maccoby, Some Problems with the Rabbinic Use of the Qal va-homer Argument
Perhaps because of the flexible, open-ended nature of the qal va-homer argument, we find in the rabbinic sources a rather surprising phenomenon - instances of the argument which are not meant to be taken seriously, and comprise a kind of parody of the argument.
He does not mention, however, the Amoraic discussion which takes the rule of dayyo out of the realm of logic, or the considerable medieval discussion based on b.
It is recorded that a certain rabbi (Rabbi Jose ben Taddai of Tiberias) was actually excommunicated for presenting a frivolous qal va-homer argument, since this was held to bring rabbinic methods of argument into disrepute (Derekh Eretz Rabba, 1).

 ALEPH Ordination Programs
A decision to apply to this program should emanate from a deep desire to heal our planet, to build new models of community, to live a deeply spiritual Jewish life, to serve the Jewish people and to reach towards God.
We are proud that approximately 80 rabbis and scholars from across the denominational spectrum are now participating in diverse aspects
For some, the decision to embark upon an intensive concentration in Jewish learning comes because a community has raised that person up as a spiritual leader, and that person now feels called to learn more Torah and rabbinic skills.

A look at Rabbinic biographical dictionaries published since 1950
It should be noted that for the purpose of these works a rabbi is usually defined as a person employed in this capacity by an orthodox congregation.
He includes what he calls the "Rabbinic period" (970-1970), with extremely brief entries for over 20,000 rabbis, religious leaders, and others active in teaching and propagating Judaism.
Rabbis affiliated with non-orthodox movements are normally excluded, but heads of Talmudic academies, rabbinic court judges, and other persons - including women - with considerable rabbinic learning will sometimes be written up.

HOW DO I KNOW IT'S KOSHER? -- AN OU KOSHER PRIMER - OU.ORG
The basic laws of Kashrus (a Hebrew word referring to kosher and its application) are of Biblical origin (Leviticus 11 and Deuteronomy 17).
For thousands of years, Rabbinic scholars have interpreted these laws and applied them to contemporary situations.
If Rabbinical supervision was required, it was attended to by the rabbi of the community, who was known to all.
