Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement believes Mirza Ghulam Ahmad to be the Mujaddid (reformer) of the 14th century Hijra and not a true prophet.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Association), formed as a result of an ideological differences between the Ahmadiyya Community after the demise Maulawi Nur 'ud-Din in 1914, the first Khalifa of its founder, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
They also believe that the Holy Prophet Muhammad was the Last of the Prophets, and after him no prophet can appear, neither a past one like Jesus, nor a new one.

The aim of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement is to propagate the religion of Islam from the Holy Quran and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
The main object of this movement is to present the true, original message of Islam to the whole world - Islam as it is found in the Holy Quran and the life of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

Because Ahmadiyya is named after Ahmad and Ahmad is another name of Holy Prophet Muhammad in Islam of whom the founder of Ahmadiyya also claimed to be reincarnation, many Muslims do not want to use the name Ahmadiyya and prefer the term Qadianism [broad sense] to designate all followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian.
The Ahmadiyya Movement originated in Qadian in 1899 and considers its founder Mirza Ghulam Ahmad the Promised Messiah of all religions.
Opposing views to both branches are listed in Ahmadiyya or Qadianism broad sense (meaning all followers of Mirza Ghulam of Qadian and thus applying to both branches).

 Ahmadiyya on Encyclopedia.com
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community elects Mirza Masroor Ahmad as their Fifth Caliph.
The basic belief held by the Qadiyani community was and is that it is the sole embodiment of “True Islam.” The founder's son, Hadhrat Mirza Bashir ad-Din Mahmud Ahmad (1889-1965), was chosen as Khalifatul-Masih [caliph of the Messiah] by the Qadiyani branch, known today as the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam ( jamaat-i ahmadiyya).
The other branch, less willing to distinguish itself from mainstream Islam, recognized Ghulam Ahmad as a reformer ( mujaddid) and established what came to be known as the ahmadiyya anjuman ishaat-i Islam movement in Lahore, Pakistan, also known as the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement.

 Ahmadiyya Movement
"The Lahore group who have seceded from the original community on the ground that they venerate their founder as a Mujaddid (renewer of religion) and not as a prophet, are therefore more acceptable to public opinion in Islam.
The first section, which denounced Muslims as kafirs and believed that the door of prophethood was open after the Prophet Muhammad, kept their headquarters at Qadian and the other section established theirs at Lahore.
They have the same spirit of opposition against Christianity as the Qadianis, but their activity is more exclusively concentrated on the proclamation of Islam as the only religion that is in conformity with reason and nature.

 Ahmadiyya Movement
Seen against the background of the narrow mentality of the learned in religion (ulama) of this age, the great object of carrying the message of Islam to the world, which the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement set before himself, appears to be inspiration from God.
When the Mufti Kifayat-ullah, President of the Jami’at al-Ulama’, India, came to Lahore at a conference of the ulama a delegate of the Ahmadiyya Movement put before him a proposal that as the kafir making habit of ulama was creating great disruption in the ranks of Islam, therefore, it should be entirely given up.
The Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement put forth this object of propagating Islam not as an ordinary matter but regarded it as a mujahida, a means of purification of the soul.

 Ahmadi
Ahmadi Muslims (often known as Qadianis) are members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Association (not to be confused with the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement, ahmadiyya anjuman ishaat-i Islam), a heterodox Islamic sect created in 1889 by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, who claimed to be the Messiah advertised in the Holy Quran and the Mahdi.
The movement has been met with great resistance as it differs from the common belief amongst most Muslims that Muhammad was the last prophet of God.
Ahmadis counter that Muhammad was the last law-bearing prophet and that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad did not create a new religion, but revived and rejuvenated Islam.

 Jesus
Muslim views of Jesus– Isa –hold that he was one of the prophets of Israel and the Messiah, but that the miracles were performed by God on Jesus' behalf, and consider any belief that he is divine to be a heresy, irreconcilable with Islam's monotheistic beliefs.
The Ahmadiyya believe that Jesus was sent to reform, rather than prophecy to, the Hebrew people including the " Ten Lost Tribes," and hold that Jesus was crucified but did not die as a result.
It is not the case that all scholars reject Jesus' divinity, yet some may choose to describe the social and cultural implications of claiming divinity in the 1st century AD.

Reasons for Joining the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement by Anonymous [The Pakistani-American Qadiani Muslim brother ...
The true followers of Islam, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the Promised Messiah should be outstanding in their practice as Muslims and I can’t say I saw this with the members of the Qadian Jamaat, at least in my experience.
And thus I have come to the conclusion that the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement is truly following the teachings of the Promised Messiah, and so now I can say with full confidence that I have indeed found the truth I have been looking for.
I had often thought to myself that since there was no clear and explicit mention of the second coming of Jesus (pbuh) in the Quran, how was it that I was supposed to know if the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had really prophesized about his second coming without the early Muslims being corrupted by Christian belief.

Ahmadiyya Movement’s propaganda literature is full of quotations from Mirza’s writings overflowing with his love for Holy Prophet Muhammad (SalAllaho alaihe wa Sallam).
Why is Ahmadiyya Movement so anxious to portray Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as a truly devout follower and devotee of Holy Prophet SAAW?
It will then be your responsibility to decide whether it is ignorance from their founder's writings or a well-orchestrated deception and cover-up by Ahmadiyya Movement.

It also shows the purity and sincerity of the purpose with which the handful of members of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement are working for the noble and sublime cause of the propagation of Islam in Europe.
Let me assure my brethren in Islam that this Movement which was founded by the Reformer of the present century is bound to succeed as it aims at the establishment of the universal truth of Islam.
The Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement too has cause to remember that time and express gratitude to Almighty Allah, for its mosque situated in Berlin survived the terrible, wholesale destruction of the German Capital during and, especially, towards the end of the war.

Despite these religious edicts, Ahmadiyya Movement and its followers (ahmadis) continue to pretend to be Muslim and the Champions of Islam, who are admired by the Westerners for their moderate views.
Ahmadiyya Movement continued to flourish under the benevolent patronage of British Rulers and Muslims could do little to obliterate the advances of Mirza Ghulam's heretical doctrines.

A Study of the Ahmadiyya Movement
The great division between the Ahmadiyya Movement and historical Islam is, ironically, based on diverse views about the person of Jesus Christ.
Although the Ahmadiyya Movement has made some progress over the years, it is still a relatively minor sect and one which orthodox Islam remains determined to exclude from the Muslim fold.
He considered that the Islamic doctrine of the ascension and return of Jesus went a long way towards supporting the Christian belief that Jesus was the eternal Son of God seated at the right hand of the Father and so sought relentlessly to prove that he had died and had been buried in India.

The Woking mission also promoted the books written by Maulana Muhammad Ali, head of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement, such as his English translation of the Quran.
However, the approach to the propagation of Islam taken by the Woking mission, as well the interpretations it presented of Islamic teachings, were entirely based on the Lahore Ahmadiyya outlook of Islam.
After Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din carefully read this book, all his doubts about Islam were removed and he became entirely convinced of the truth of the religion of Islam and the Holy Prophet Muhammad.

 Sacrifice of Abraham
They made sacrifices of their whole lives, and of properties, and the Movement today is the fruit of those sacrifices, doing the work of propagating the true picture of Islam which the world does not know.
Our Movement, the Ahmadiyya Movement, provides us also with the opportunity to make sacrifices for the cause of religion.
It is only when we have among us such people who are willing to accept these risks, even putting their lives in jeopardy, that this Movement can survive and advance.

Then by Allah's Grace I met some of the Muslim community in Dublin and my wife and I embraced the real Islam in 1984 in Dublin Mosque.
I thought, could the Divinely Inspired and Supremely Successful Movement of Mohammed, The Messenger of Allah, culminate in a few boring, money-mad Pakistanis, trying to lead their followers into complete submission to the Kuffar (enemies of Islam)?
During my stay in Copenhagen, Denmark, a quick look through the telephone directory showed only one mosque, ' The Ahmadiyya Islamic Mission', though I later discoverd that the Turks, Morrocans and The Pakistanis had places which they used as Mosques.

The Shah Jehan came into its own as a regular place of worship and study in 1912 when it was adopted as the headquarters of the Woking Muslim Mission, founded by Khawaja Kamal-ud-Din, a Lahore lawyer.
The mosque was commissioned by Dr GW Leitner - a Budapest-born German linguist and the founder of the University of Punjab, Lahore - as a sporadic place of worship for Muslim students studying at the nearby Oriental Institute in Maybury.

In the modern age of materialism, making associates with God, worship of wealth and worldly life, atheism, communism, and all sorts of new movements and wrong concepts are like these waves which can carry a person away with their flow.
It uses the Arabic word noor for the light that it provides to the true believer to guide him through the external darkness (of wrongful beliefs and perverse movements), and also the spiritual darkness of his inner self.
Heat, when under control, forms the basis of all movement and action.
